Im kind of with you Jay. I looked on ebay and there are a couple of 4x4 7.3l with more mileage that are up to 25kish.
The big advantage to this one is that it is only an hour away from me.
I've been trying to decide just how important the 4wd is. This would be my DD as well as camping trip vehicle.
I've got young kids, so were arent going to be overlanding or anything.

lol for 5K you can buy all the stuff you need to convert it to 4x4 and still be about $10k ahead of the curve.

The conversion idea I've mulled around. I don't have the time to do it myself so I would want to farm it out. Would 5k be a good amount to budget for this?
Well the truck is still sitting at the dealer. I guess the 2wd is keeping it from selling.
