Its in real good shape just needs a good cleaning up on the inside, its got 200,000 miles but I bought it in Texas and drove it all the way back to Indiana with no problems
hey guys - sad fact is, our EX's are in the toilet price-wise. I paid $27,000 for mine, which was near wholesale when I bought it last year, as it was (and is)..MINT MINT DOUBLE MINT.
Even the car books tell me it is barely worth half of that now.
I am not surprised at some of the "deals" - as sooner or later someone somewhere wants to get rid of a nice one.
But as many of you have noted in other "posts", those of us who NEED the Excursion's capabilities, arent about to sell ours at ANY price-there is just nothing else on the market that will do what we need done with a tow vehicle, that has a SUV body.

I dunno. First we have 32 mpg Excursions showing up. Now we have 7.3 diesels selling for $4,000. Wonder what will come next? An Excursion that has run 750,000 miles on the orginal transmission?
Anybody who sold a 7.3 diesel for $4,000 was on crack, IMHO. Unless of course it had a salvage title. Or unless it was like the Excursion on eBaY I posted a while back, absolutely in terrible condition. Every body panel and both bumpers had extensive damage. And the interior looked like somebody had camped out in it for about 5 years.
I wouldn't say it's in mint condition, its got little dings here and there but nothing major, all I've had to do to it is change the cam position sensor.
