I was seeing if anyone had experience swapping seats. I know up to a 96 bench seat will bolt right up to my 78, but what about a rear bench seat from an 88 bronco? I've tried to search through the forums but haven't found anything.
I bet no, if you are trying to use the Bronco rear seat as a front seat in a reg cab, it will probably be too narrow for you. I am in mid process of putting a leather 03 Super Duty CC REAR seat (with the fold down arm rest) in a 79 Reg cab. A little redrill of the seat frame and the 79 sliders go right on. Also made some riser brackets. There are other options, but as far as bolt and go up to a 96 should be an easy swap.

Much appreciated!! I assumed it would be a stretch but figured I would ask those much more knowledgeable than me. The junkyard search continues!
Lots of options.
01 SD rear seat. I am doing this set up right now. Used some square tubing to make 1.5 riser rails.

Those look awesome. My only limitation is not having a shop to do any fabricating, so it would have to be a direct bolt up, minus swapping the brackets kinda thing. I like the Eddie Bauer with the fold down arm rest/console so i'll be on the lookout!
