Tire size question
Gents,
I am going to have a leveling kit put on my 2007 F350, that should give me the clearance to put a larger set of tires on my truck. I have the stock wheels, and was wondering how big a tire I could put on the truck and use the standard stock wheel.

Do you have 17' or 18" stock wheels?
The stock 17" aluminum rims were only 7.5" wide. This caused me enough grief trying to run the tires I wanted that I eventually just gave up and bought 17x9 wheels so I could run the tire size I wanted without proper fitment and wear issues. A good idea considering the tires themselves cost twice what the wheels cost.
If you go this route, let us know so folks can provide you more info regarding backspacing, offset, etc.
