Question, tire size after installing 2.5 leveling

Next week I am having the Skyjacker 2.5 Leveling kit installed on my 2004 4x4 Lariat SuperCrew. My question is this.... while keeping the stock 18 inch wheels, what tire size can I upgrade to? I'm looking for a more aggressive tire, as I routinely drive my truck off road. I don't want to spend the $$$ to buy new larger wheels at this time. I have done a search on this subject, and it seems that the BFG All Terrain TA KO is a great tire, but will this fit on the stock 18 wheels? If so what BFG All Terrain TA KO is the best size for this wheel?

I currently have the Nitto Terra Grappler 325/65R18's which are 35" you can get the 325/60R18's which are 33's that will work well with just the 2.5 levveling kit.
