I can't find any bed floor panels for my 65 F100 Styleside short-bed. I noticed many vendors have panels for 67-73 but not for a 64-66. What are my options besides cutting everything out and replacing with the 67-73 panels
Sadly going with wood would be about the only other option that I could come up with. I actually have an old styleside wrong bed and no one makes anything for them either. Good luck.
I think the astronaut has a thread where he repaired a floor using a new box, I think it was 04-08 range but cannot recall the exact years. It is almost a perfect fit.
I had some floor metal, which is now transplanted into at least four others’ projects, but I still have a very small piece. I doubt it would be enough to serve any purpose, but just in case, how much do you need? Provide the exact dimensions...

I posted that replacement back in '08 that he used. My friend Robert made a die for his pullmax to get proper shape for astronaut. What '08 SD floor looks like installed. I made the pieces for and aft of the wheel tubs. Getting ready to make some more now but this time long bed versions. Pretty simple to make.

Did you just cut out the panels from a 2008 SWB Ford F-150 and weld them to the old cross members? Your bed looks good but I'm not following what you did.

I drilled out 427 spot welds to remove the old floor. I bought a new 2008 SD floor for under 400. On new floor I removed the crossmember spot welds and removed all but one on back to keep the strength there.
I then took a couple inches off the end for perfect length.
I then welded new floor to stock '66 crossmembers.
It would have been much easier to replace the fender tubs with new as only around 65.00 each and it would have saved a lot of drilling time.
I then bent up some 16 ga metal to make the fore and aft pieces (front and back) of wheel tubs. Fair amount of work yes. I have done another since it being a long bed. I raised that bed 6" to fit better what I was doing on rest of truck.
Nice job on the bed floor
Question it looks like the cross members did not line up with the bed floor bolt holes is that right?
On my 81 the bed bolts go down thru the cross members but I see holes in the floor for bolts?
If looking for a floor you may want to look at take off's where they put a different type of bed body on the truck as they have a lot of beds laying around.
Also someone parting out a truck where the bed sides are smashed but the floor is still good. You can cut the sides off and then drill out the spot welds as needed to fit your sides onto it, maybe using the wheel wells.
I used a 81 long bed style side metal ribbed floor in place of the wood floor on my 81 sb flare side.
I had to move 1 cross member back to line up with the front bed bolt holes in the frame.
I know its a different year and type of bed but I think the floors are all pretty much the same as kind of pointed out with the pictures of the SD floor.

I was having the same issue with my floor. I recently found a place in Florida that makes floors for our old trucks. Look them up on Facebook they are Evolutionary Rides LLC. I ordered them last week and its being shipped on Tuesday. I got the main floor and the four corner pieces and I ordered new wheel tubs from Carolina Classics. I cant wait for them to get here.
