I found a company, Parker Metal Supply, that sells floor panel sections for $14.90 in 16"x 48" sections. I called the company this morning and they are willing to sell in bulk for $10 per section. Their panels are limited by the size of their die that they stamp them on. You can contact them at 724-224-2472, ask for Chad or Chas. I asked for a 1/2" by 12" section to see how it matches up to the bed floor of my '64. So we will see how it fits when it gets here. They make the panels to fit beds from 1967 all the way up to 2005. Hopefully that helps some of you that have been looking for bed floor parts. I know I am willing to spend a few hours welding panels together if they cost less then $70.
I asked about making larger sections and they can't with the tooling they have. To replace a whole floor your looking at doing the same thing I am. Welding all the panels together to make one piece. 6 sheets will make a 4' x 6' bed. I'm going to order 8 just to have a few to make mistakes on.
