Codes randomly appeared on second scan

Codes randomly appeared on second scan
I have a 2006 Ford F-250 6.0L Powerstroke. I scanned it yesterday and only 2 codes appeared. (Reason for scan is that the truck kept shutting off while I drive but if I wait 10 minutes its starts up again) the codes that came were B1352 & U1900. Still struggling to get to the root of those issues but I scanned it again today and 13 codes showed up out of the blue! 5 PCM codes (P0480, P0487, P0528, P1000, P2623), 2 Generic/Body Electronic Module codes (P1832, P1876) & 6 Parking Aid Module codes (C1710, C1709, C1707, C1706, C1701, C1700)
I have no idea whats beginning to happen but I'm not liking it, I desperately need help discovering all these and figuring out what is my next move (selling is not an option) I need to fix these ASAP!! It's preventing me from continuing my jobs.
