How to clear "b" codes ?
I have 6 or so old codes showing up from a long time ago. Door locks, etc. I had someone scan truck and he came unglued. I told him they have been there since I got the truck, 10 years ago, and are NOT emissions related. I just want to clear them.

Many of the OBD 2 Bluetooth units with corresponding app for smart phone or tablet will let you clear codes. Also handy to have around for reading new codes and diagnosing problems for not a lot of money. Some even provide common fixes for codes.

I have a OBDLink scan tool, hardwired adapter (not wireless), with ScanXL Pro and enhanced Ford module, ForScan (both bidirectional), as well as a Ford NGS scan tool. I have not found a method to erase "b" codes with any of these.
