Reese Goose Box
Getting close to ordering my '21 F350 CCSB and leaning towards not getting the 5th wheel prep so I can install the B&W hitch with the 4" offset for clearance. It's been many of discussions in the household about the pros-n-cons of each and I know the B&W limits my options if I want to use a standard hitch. Haven't seen a goosebox on any camper I've looked at so there is the problem of getting it home without changing that first or buy a used standard hitch, but most of those don't have the single point connection for the B&W. Driving me crazy. I want someone to build a factory puck system with the square pocket for the gooseball.

2. I don't understand why you want a square pocket. Aren't most gooseballs round? My Curt gooseball is.
The offset puts the ball 4” further to the rear, giving more clearance for short bed trucks. And an offset ball won’t work in a round hole.
The guy I was helping this week is dead set on a short bed. I keep lobbying for the long bed, but my arguments fall on deaf ears.
