I had a similar issue with my 08 2wd. Greased the ball joints and it almost went completely away. I then greased all the fittings checking for changes after each one.
i know the bearings are new but if one has a little play and you still have backing plates on make sure the backing plate isn't touching the rotor slightly when you turn
Thanks for the replies I'll start with the easiest thing and work my way up I'll Greece the joints after I get off today hopefuly that takes care of it.
A smart phone is pretty handy in diagnosing front end issues. I would do several video's, covering everything from different angles, while turning the steering wheel from stop to stop, with engine running. I'm still suspecting axle shaft u-joints, wheel bearings, or spindle bearing. Make sure you do one video showing the entire front end, and look for one tire moving before the other. Also, look at every ball joint, track bar bushings, and front & rear radius arm bushings.
