I have to pull my engine to work on an oil pressure issue. I was wondering if a upgrade cam would be a good idea? I've seen a couple my motor is stock

River city diesel offers a stage 1 drop in billet cam that only requires valve spring and pushrod upgrades to run. Full force diesel carries it for I believe 479$.
