okay so I called the trans shop being as their is not even 10,000 on the upgraded super heavy duty from last year. They had me come and and everything checks out fine torque and all is perfect.
changed the crankshaft sensor, oil (clean) and fuel filters(not black so no oil) tranny filter and fluid since it was their(clean) accelerator pedal position sensor. No codes coming up. What could it be.

This can happen if line pressure is low. You can have low line pressure from low trans fluid, leaking internal seals, or a bad pump. A pressure gauge in the test port will tell the story.
