Nope. Sounds like snake oil to me. I am not sure with a average MPG of 15, not sure you can truly improve on that with a truck this size. Some say you can but i call BS on that. Maybe use less right foot. That will save fuel better than anything.

Probably the best magic box to increase fuel mileage would be simply a wood block fastened underneath your go pedal so you could not push it down so far.
