overhead mileage computer reset
Hi Guys. I am really beginning to like this new truck. I can't believe how well it rides both loaded and empty. It handles my 8K lb fifthwheel great and has lots of power. I love the crew cab space for family travelling. My only question is I have seen a couple people mention resetting the mileage computer. How do you do that. Hand calculated I am getting about 17 MPG (Imperial Gallon) empty highway and 10 MPG towing, but the mileage computer never says anything different than 10.9 MPG. The distance to empty indicator works just fine. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Thanks It worked. I have to assume that the mpg are in US Gallon's. I am seeing no more than 11mpg regardless of whether I am towing or driving unloaded so I am not putting alot of faith in these numbers yet. Hand calculated I am getting about 17mpg Imperial Gallon.
