Whats your odometer say

I have an early 1999 Powerstroke with 73,000 miles. What is the estimated life span of this motor or is there such a number? Please post your odo if you have this year PS. Thanks.

My '95 has over 160K, and still going strong. The expected service life of the Powerstroke engine is 300K miles, but with proper care and maintenance, they'll last a lot longer.

I have a 99 with 220,000 miles with lots of love and maintenance. I am starting to use Lucas Products and will reply with how well they help the engine as well.

I had one in the shop not too long ago with over 500,000 miles! Yes you read that correctly!! 500,000 miles!!!!! This was in an F450 tow truck, truck apparently never stopped moving as it was a 2001!!!!! WOW!!! Ran as good as it did new. Don't worry about mileage with these as long as you do your maintenance.

well I got a 2000 with that just turned over 57,000. I was reading over on the "other web site" ( and I don't real often ) about a guy that was "semi-retired" and his job was to deliver 5th wheel travel trailers to those who were purchasing them. He had a 2001 with 576,000 miles on it. said it was running as strong as the day he bought it. later on down the page, somebody got to doing some figuring and came to the conclusion that he had to drive like 8 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week to get that many miles at 70 mph. crazy, but just another testimony of these great trucks.

My 99 has 109,000. I bought it new so know that it has been taken very good care of. I fully expect to get 500,000 miles from her. The problem is will I make it that long!!

71,634 runs like new, looks like new and feels like new (except for my turn signals not working all of a sudden).
I hope and expect mine to last as long as some of the other guys' posted here.

02 PSD 250 with 94,960 miles....first 91,958 miles put on by previous owner in 16 months....it will get well deserved time to catch it's breath as I've owned it since August 4th. Runs like a champ!!!!!
