I wouldn't as that would be like running straight SAE 30 oil in your 7.3 which it ain't gonna like it.

Well, I tried everything. I gave up and embarked on a Saginaw pump conversion. At first I tried to hunt down van brackets and pulley. No luck. So I then bought the Saginaw conversion brackets for a small block from wild horses bronco. With a little cutting and grinding it mounted the pump great. I bored my original pulley to fit the pump but with the pulleys offset I would’ve had to space the pump back 5/8”. The next day😫 I found the the van parts and scrapped the bronco stuff. Just gotta finish plumbing and I’m back on the road
