I tried a set of the Weathertech liners in mine due to good fit on other cars and trucks in the past. The 3 piece set did not fit the 250 worth a crap. Drivers front was too long and hit brackets and cables under the dash, it also had a curl upwards at the door jam that was a boot catcher as you got in. Passenger front did not fit the shape in general at all. The rear liner was a joke as it was like 12" too wide so you have a big section curled up at each door and it also was too long front to rear and curled up at the rear seat storage box by about 3". I have had great fit and finish with Weathertech for many years in all kinds of cars and trucks. I dont know if it was a fluke or if Weathertech of old is dead and gone like so many others. Going to get a set of Husky as others here seem to have a better fit with them.

Weathertech rear mat fit
I just got a set for my F250 Lariat and they fit perfectly. They were sitting a tad high by the door sil but I believe they will settle down after a few days. I would call them to correct. You obviously got the wrong Matt’s.
I got the Oedro brand I believe that they are just as good and they fit perfectly like a weather Tech brand you ought to try them I recommend them. Here is the link from Amazon,
Not a fan of the floor liners. Have a SuperCab, I have the Weathertech All weather floor mats front and back. I like the deep grooves of the mats for the snow, water and debris.
Whats the diffence between the Husky weatherbeaters and the X-act. And would the X-act part no. be 53388 that would fit the 2021 f350. I tried looking on the site and it didn't list anything for the 2021, but I think the 2020 it had that number.

That is the correct number. I just installed the very thing in my 2021.
The weatherbeaters are constructed with a material that is more stiff. The x-act are more pliable or rubbery. Google “x-act vs weatherbeater” and there are a few YouTube videos demonstrating the differences.
OK, so you guys talked me into ordering the Ford floor mats for my upcoming carpet-deleted XLT.
$130 for the matts, but a $50 discount on the carpet delete, guaranteed fit for only $80
The fit of my Weather Tech liners isn't what I expected. I've had Weather Tech in other vehicles and they were great. Not so in the F-350. The rear liner has a large gap, front to back. The fronts are just OK. I don't have a problem with them feeling slippery. If I were to do it again, I would try the Husky liners. If there was a large cost difference and Weather Tech was less expensive, I would go with Weather Tech. They do the job, just not as well as it looks like the Husky liners do.
I have had Weather Tech floor liners in three personal trucks and one work truck plus bought Weather Tech floor liners for girlfriend’s truck. Weather Tech fit with vinyl floors was good but a little loose up front. Weather Tech fit on carpet seems very good. Current 2019 truck has carpet and Weather Tech fit up front is nice and snug and fit in back is an amazing super tight exact fit, no gap as other had.
I know everyone is upgrading to liners, but does anyone know if Ford offers a carpet mat that covers thr entire back seat floor? I hate that the factory ones only cover behind the drivers and passengers seat. I have 3 kids, so need something in the middle and don't want to go to a liner type on this truck. Anybody know of anything available, I searched Ford and couldn't find anything.
I used Maxliner, aka Smartliner in the front with the full over the hump coverage. Fit very well. In the rear I used the Weathertech part#446974, but this one is only for units without the underseat storage. It fit like a glove.
