My vote is for Husky X-act contours.
Don’t get the Ford mats. The passenger side will not stay in place and it’s a PIA. I have them in my F150.
Now, I have Husky X-acts in my F-350, my other truck, and they are exceptional for fit. The passenger side comes with a pin to lock in the mat from moving the pin installs easily in the carpet and the mat snaps into it. Mat is easily removed for cleaning.

Im just going off the fact that the oem carpeted mats, oem tray style mats, and all the aftermarket mats/liners fit 17-20. It is strange that the mats you are interested in (hc3z-2613300-ka) Ford all weather mats(?), only show fitment for 17-18 from some sources. Ford accessories site shows them as being compatible with 17-20.

i read somewhere that the retention pins are different locations for vinyl floor vs carpet floor
i really wanted to use hc3z-2613300-ka in my carpeted F250.

The differences deal directly with how the floor mats are retained in place, so if mat retention is an important feature (it was an essential safety factor and liability issue for my application), then one is urged to order the appropriate mats for the flooring application.
