Yes, that would be the toughest part, specially because I am in a tiny island in the Western Mediterranean.! But I will work on that and one day I will get a paint match.!
I don't know how well Ibiza is equipped with paint color matching equipment, but the modern machines can do a good job of matching colors. Here I went to Lowe's and they did an excellent job making some Wimbledon White, Mecca Gold, and Ford blue engine paint. All I had to do was bring a good example for the machine to look at.

I did paint my rear drums. I chose "aluminum" as that was the original color on the wheels. You can choose the color you prefer.

We have some good and well equipped paint stores in the island, the thing is to get a sample to reproduce.! I need to take a good scratch of paint for the machine and I don’t know from where I am going to take it.!!

So aluminum color should be the correct one for the drums or that was only your choice.? I would like to go stock if possible and don’t know which was the correct one for the drums..

For that lower body color you could probably use the rear gas cap. Try to use something that can be removed & replaced without causing any permanent damage. For the blue engine paint I used the top of the air filter which was still in good original condition.

I suspect that the drums were not originally painted by Ford.(?) The aluminum was only my choice (due to the original color that was on the wheels) and I thought that it would look better than rust. If you would like to make it look like bare, new cast iron, I understand that there is some outfit that mixes such a paint.

Do you mean I can bring the hole gas cap to reproduce the paint.? If so, that would be very easy..! I will ask next week..

Wow! Your brakes look awesome.! I haven’t seen before and now I realize how great they look.! Probably I will go with same aluminum color for mines. Semi-gloss Black should be my 2nd chance.
On things like your brake drums it's best not to use primer. not only will it show if you get scratches but the more paint thickness you have the more the heat will want to peel it. actually the factory only primed those surfaces that were to be painted body color.
Eastwoods makes a cast iron paint that is perfect for drums but I doubt you're going to want to ship it that far for something no more important than this. the dullest dark silver you can find would suffice.
I didn't know the big home improvement stores did any paint other than house paint.

Thank you buddy.! I will look for that dark silver paint and I will spray the rear brakes. Thanks for the tip.
You guys are awesome, appreciate your feed back and tips.

Yes, in your photo, your rear gas cap appears to be the same color as the lower color on the truck's body. If it is, it should be large enough for the paint color matching machine to use to "look at" to match the color with. Just bring it to the paint store and ask them if they can use it to match the paint for you. Then you will have some matching paint to use for minor touch ups.

Yes, the main gas cap has the same lower color of the truck, Durango tan.
Next day I can go to the paint store I will bring it and if they do, I will get a small spray can.! I can also do a regular paint can for the touch ups.
Thank you very much Ozzie.!
I was at the paint store this morning and get a can of paint, so now I can paint the AUX gas tank cap to match the color of the lower part of the truck.!
