C-600 VIN Assistance Needed

This is my first post (after the introduction) and I am simply looking for some VIN decoding assistance. I lurked here a bit
over the past week and while I have seen several similar posts I have know idea how decoding system on these trucks
works....LOL! So here it is: C60DOU21615

My guess is it is '58 - '60 as it has quad head lights and "Y" block in it. But just wondering if I can narrow it down a bit
more. My plans for the truck is to build a vintage race car hauler. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

C60D0U21615
C60 = C600 Tilt Cab.

D = 292 4V Heavy Duty.

0 = 1960.

U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.

21615 = 1960 Numerical Sequence of Assembly, the trucks specific serial number.

VIN doesn't tell you much once it's decoded. Rating Plate located on the inside of the glove box door. Post a pic of it or type the info.
