I agree. I have reached out to several dealers for F-250s and 150’s. None are ready to deal and almost have a sense of arrogance about the price.
I am not sure what is going on, but they are certainly not desperate to sell vehicles. Seems they are content to just hold pricing steady and possibly wait for demand to pickup knowing supply will be low and they can start charging MSRP or higher.
Many of these dealers unfortunately are scum.
Based on what I saw, the dealers are still making deals. They are not moving F250s, or for the most part. I worked with 3 different dealers to get 8500 off a 7.3 F250 Tremor, and a fair trade deal. I do wonder if they had a mistake on their internet pricing as it was 5 k lower than a negotiated price from 2 weeks prior.
Keep looking and waiting the deals will show up as the downturn continues to hit.
I just got a quote from a dealer in OH for $443 below MSRP. See email exchange below.
Thank you for providing me with these quotes, however these vehicles are priced too high. You are going to have to do WAY better than $443 below MSRP for me to consider driving halfway across the country to purchase a truck from your dealership. You are more than welcome to sharpen your pencil and try again. If you're not willing to negotiate the price of either of these trucks, I thank you for your time and wish you luck finding someone dumb enough to pay almost full retail price in this kind of economy.
Jason, Though I appreciate you reaching out to us, there is currently none of these trucks being made nore is the market flooded with them. If anything should change before they sell, please let us know!
This is very similar to every dealer I've contacted in the last week. So much for getting a good deal on a new truck...
Browse these dealers. This is just a sample of what kind of pricing is out there. I cant remember them all, but there are dealers in other states too, like Virginia with similar pricing.

My major problem is a have weird taste in trucks. I'm looking for a 7.3, Crew Cab, 8ft bed, 4x4, XL w/STX package, roof lights, and upfitters, in Black. Last time I looked nationally, there were only 10 in the whole country. I immediately ruled 2 of those out because they did not have options that I must have and can't add later (Sync 3). Another 2 of them had been traded to other dealers and sold already. That leaves 6 trucks. I'm pretty limited on dealer selection here...
I'm probably just doing to wait for things to calm down and then shop around for a dealer that will order a truck for me and still give me a good deal.
I'm in the Canadian market, been looking to get into 2020 F350 but looks like between 11% - 16% off MSRP is what's being offered right now.
2019s are around 22% - 25% off MSRP
Been scouring the forum to see if Canadians have a version of the PCOs but nothing so far. If anyone out there know the Canadian side of things, please shoot me a note!
Side note:
For those considering between F250 and F350, and you have Travel Trailer right now, I'd seriously suggest you consider going to the F350 b/c there is a high probability you will go to a 5th wheel at some point. Learn from my mistake, costly one, and go straight to the one tonne. It will save you from switching out down the road.

So true, got a bigger TT and moved from F150 to an F250 6.2 SRW, l and just traded the F250 for an F350 6.7 DRW for the 5th wheel we have on order.

I feel you there, very hard to find one even close to what I have on order.
On top of that the advertised discounts from even the big dealers for certain trucks is not that great. Less than 6% on some but others at 10% and better. I suspect it has to do with what hasn’t been moving to get the bigger discounts.
So where is the best place to buy a Ford super duty? West Coast , Midwest, East Coast. I’m not seeing discounts mentioned above.
I have seen $13,000 to $14000 off MSRP on GMC trucks similar for Ram trucks.
I picked up 1 of only 3 KR F250/350 at Holiday Ford 4 weeks ago. I got a stellar deal $82k Sticker, $71K sale then I had a $3K PCO and the $500 std.
they sold the other 2 in less than a week.
They offered $46 for my 17 Lariat Ultimate loaded, 36K miles but a guy at work bought it.
They said they weren't expecting many trucks till August time and it seems they are selling everyone of the high ticket models as they come in. Only have 1KR there now.
When I went from my ‘17 to the ‘20 back in April, I got 10% off plus my $2k PCO. One thing to remember is demand is the same as usual, but supply is lower than usual thanks to Covid. Even the big truck dealer near me has a fraction of their normal stock, and they’re selling the popular models very quickly.
