Ok, I have no parts catalog to cross check so my info may be inaccurate. I was told by the Ford parts guy here that the 3/4 had SRW, (351) and the (350) 1 ton had dual wheels. As the vin plate says 350 and the guy whom I bought from said he had his dual wheels stolen I figured it had duals to start. No way to know for sure but everything the guy told me so far was true so I have no reason to doubt it had dual wheels.
Need a picture of your wheels. IIRC, trucks with factory duals had an adaptor piece on the front hubs to properly space the wheels.
It's been 40 years since I did a single to dual swap on my '65 F350, memory fades...
It IS possible the offset is incorrect, no matter what wheels, and this needs to be corrected.
P.S. F350 came either way, single (as my F350 was originally, or dual, as my parts truck was originally.).
