i had bookmarked a thread with the hole template for BC3Z-13A576-A part install but computer recently died. Can’t for the life of me find that thread again. Looking for the pdf that you can print to line up the factory location and weird looking hole that needs to get cut. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I had mine installed post-factory by the dealership. I'll see if I can get you some measurements later today with some pictures. The way they did mine is by using probably a 2-2.5" hole saw for the center section, then they just used self-drilling sheet metal screws to hold the bracket to the bed-side rather than the clip-nuts like you are showing.
Edit: I've also got the instructions that they used for installing the puck cross-piece under the bed, so I will see if there is a page in there with a template for installing the in-bed electrical piece.
Sorry it took me a couple days to get these pictures. The documentation for the under-bed pucks piece doesn't have any information on the location for the electrical piece. As you can see in the attached pictures, it's about 5 3/4" forward from the back post to the mounting holes and about 2" up from the bottom of the board pocket. I think you could easily move it up another inch or more to leave the board pocket/shelf completely open for a 2x6 or 2x8 to still be able to go there.
