I would be interested also in what others are using for stake hole tie downs.
On my previous trucks I have placed tie downs on the outside of the bed rail as these locations are for me more stable when strapping down multiple motorcycles (needing to compress to bike's suspension). I also find those locations better for tarped loads that are above the bed rail line.
I would prefer to not drill into the sheet metal on my new truck and will want to use the stake holes to get above the bed line.
there are (seemingly) a million options for e-track straps, board holders, d-rings etc.
theres even a bottle opener available
The stack hole tie-downs are just added option if you need to secure something a little better. If someone is hauling something tall the stack hole tie-downs help stabilize anything that may be top heavy.
Are any of you installing stack hole tie-downs? What you're using, aftermarket or FORD accessories?
