If you are sure the battery posts are good and clean and the terminals tighten up properly follow the negative battery cable and clean the connection at the other end.
Is there any other grounds i may have missed causing this besides the one from block to firewall and battery to fender?
The main power ground goes from the battery negative terminal down to the engine block. There is a small splice on the way there that goes to the frame, but it is used for trailer towing only.
It it is a little gray connector that you remove to time the truck. It is located near the back of the firewall where the computer is. Just remove it and see if it will start
Just one click means most of the time the starter relay is bad.
You have not said anything about the starter relay just starter solenoid that is mounted down on the starter itself.

Do what the two guys above said. They are two of our best. I thought the truck was turning over. Sandy
Yeah it aint trying to turn over at all turn key and click i have swapped around other relays under the hood and tried still same thing could it be locked up since the belt broke off during driving just maybe pull it to start it and try to free it up?
Update unplugged that little gray connecter still same thing unplugged icm still same thing what is the little 2x1 inch rectangle thing called next to starter solenoid on fender it has red and black wire to it? Also could it be the entire battery cables cause sometimes they get hot during the click or jump the solenoid but still nothing more than a click
