I have a 95 f350 with a 7.5 L gas engine with 5 speed manual trans
i have changed out distributor, starter, starter solenoid, plugs, wires, battery ,freshened up battery terminals and and ends, still getting click no crank or start upon ignition. I was driving to work a few weeks ago and the serpentine belt frayed caused truck to lose power and die i changed all the parts myself mentioned above and now im at a loss cant get it cranked to see if parts helped out initial sluggish problem fuel pumps cone on when turn key and everything else does right but when u turn key to start just the dreaded click ive tried jumping the truck off ive crossed the solenoid ive done everything i can think of any help would be great thanks

If you are sure the battery posts are good and clean and the terminals tighten up properly follow the negative battery cable and clean the connection at the other end.

If the truck will not start, pull the spout out and see if it starts. Sandy

Do what the guys above said they are two of our best. I thought the truck was now turning over. Sandy

The main power ground goes from the battery negative terminal down to the engine block. There is a small splice on the way there that goes to the frame, but it is used for trailer towing only.

It it is a little gray connector that you remove to time the truck. It is located near the back of the firewall where the computer is. Just remove it and see if it will start

It's irrelevant since the truck is not spinning (cranking/turning/etc.) over, or at least that is how I interpret your current issue.

Just one click means most of the time the starter relay is bad.
You have not said anything about the starter relay just starter solenoid that is mounted down on the starter itself.

Also could it be the entire battery cables cause sometimes they get hot during the click or jump the solenoid but still nothing more than a click
