Just one click means most of the time the starter relay is bad.
You have not said anything about the starter relay just starter solenoid that is mounted down on the starter itself.

the starter is brand new and the solenoid on fender is too
the starter is brand new and the solenoid on fender is too
The starter solenoid is down and mounted on the starter and not on the fender.
There is no solenoid on the fender.
The starter relay is on the fender near the battery.
The SPOUT shorting bar (little gray connector) has nothing to do with the engine cranking.
The ICM has nothing to do with the engine cranking.
The spade is not a switch but a push on wire connector that pushes onto the solenoid.
The other end of the spade connector wire is up at the starter relay.
The relays under the hood in the relay fuse box also have nothing to do with cranking the engine.
Only the starter relay on the passenger fender.
Yeah it aint trying to turn over at all turn key and click and could it be locked up since the belt broke off during driving
Why did the belt break?
Maybe the Water Pump, Generator (alternator) or other belt driven chive is locked up and broke the belt.
So take your new belt off and see if it will crank and start.
The belt didn’t necessarily break it just seperated but stayed on the truck it was an old belt and ok will do that and it does have a solenoid on the fender and on the starter
if you take the belt off, you could eliminate any accessory(e.g. water pump, power steering, A/C, alternator) and spin each with your hand and see if any are locked up causing
