OK, have done a basic search but have no clue what to really search for. A weird studder/shtter happens when backing into my driveway, kind of feels like wheel slippage, but is not. Happens when turning in reverse, driveway is a slight slope, but not too drastic.. Anyone experience this. Any ideas what it could be. I back into all parking spaces when going to work and stores, and never experienced it, although all of them have been flat ground.
There are quite a few reports of this happening, but only in the F-250 gas trucks. It's something to do with that particular transmission, which isn't shared with the rest of the Superduty line. I don't think anyone has figured out the problem.

that is what I got out of reading the other thread.. hopefully it will not cause a big problem, don't tow, just haul heavy stuff sometimes...
Welcome to the club. It's happened a few times to me but only when backing a trailer against some resistance like a small incline. There have been no definitive answers why it happens and other then this I have not read of issues with this transmission.
My 2017 6r100 did it. Backing up a trailer, up any incline is when it happened to mine regularly. My research lead me to a line pressure issue. I just lived with it.
