Where was my engine originally assembled
Odd question but I always wondered, where was the 351M/ 400's built? My truck was assembled in the Mahwah New Jersey plant (1979 F 250) but did they machine the motor castings and assemble at Mahwah or did the these motors get shipped there complete from another factory? Thanks

Engines are cast, machined and assembled at engine plants (MCC and CLV for the 335 SERIES) and then shipped assembled to vehicle assembly plants.
