Fuse box

Installed a new temperature and compass board.

It came on and said cal. Then went off and won't come back on. Where is the fuse location?

No I didn't find any voltage to the board. I found which fuse supplies it and it wasn't blown.

Central Junction Box; Fuse 23-10 amp? I believe the power wire is Wht/Lt Blu.
