Bought truck last June . Has been running fine until 2 weeks ago . Started missing on startup but would clear right out . Coded # 8 so replaced coil . Started up with no miss .
Started again after cleanup and coded miss on #5 and # 6 . Replaced coil on #5 and started with no miss or code . 2 days later started with # 6 missing . Replaced coil on 6 .
Ran fine until Saturday . Missing again but now on #3 and #4 coding . I'm confused .
Should have mentioned 12400 miles on new motor

How many miles on the rest of it?

What does the fuel pressure look like?

How many miles on the spark plugs?

 

How many miles on the parts, like the COPS and the injectors?

 

Try reseating the Crank sensor.
It may be loose or dirty contacts.
