I went through and retraced all of the wires and found everything in good shape. I took out the 12V gauge cluster and started to take it apart and upon getting to the point of totally disassembling it, I found one wire clear at the bottom,(of course), that the crimping of the connector had not gone well and the wire had come loose but not out of the connector so it appeared to be connected. It always seems that it has to be the bottom wire or the first screw or something else, but that is what makes things interesting.
