She said that was fun and volunteered to mow all the time. Little man helped me scoop the oak tassels out of the pool, he calls them germs! He is a nut.
Wife said last night she was ready to take another trip in the motorhome, problem is we really can't go anywhere. I got my fingers crossed this virus mess will end soon and we can all get back to normal.
that cool take something off your list. Your son description is a good one, when you think about they do act like germs invading the body. We are 90% sure we are not going to TX in May. All the other school districts have postponed graduation. My son said it will either be May 30 or July 23 . Talked to Campers in about the camper, low and behold after 3 times in the shop they think the found the problem a broke wire somewhere in the thermostat wiring( I said Thermostat the second time) they are waiting on approval from Forest River for the labor.
I had to come to work to get a break, got a lot done but man was I tired last night. I usually start mowing on Thursday or Friday so I don't to try to do it all on the weekend. The spring beach trip is going to be a no go for us too. Thinking of heading to Orlando a little earlier in September and just making a whole week of our vacation. 2 days before the cruise, 5 days on the boat and then Friday and Saturday after the cruise. Problem is it will probibly be insane with people since the virus will be over.
That what normally do on our cruises. Since Debra has never done a lot we can do a lot. just checked rates at Patrick they have gone stupid enlisted was 94/night
We have done a ton of new stuff since we have been together. She does her thing, I do my thing and we do our thing. We don't fuss or fight and it's always give and take.
sounds like us. I have the life experiences she never had. We are putting together our cruise trip . We are taking 2 days to get down there We will leave early Sat. Morning drive to Ocala . Stop for the night. Maybe go over to see the mermaids. Have dinner with our son and spend time with him. Get up early Sunday and drive to Miami and do the city and bay tour. Drive back up to Ft Lauderdale do the Jungle Queen get up Monday and drive back to Miami for the cruise. On the way home we will do Lion country safari , then to Deland to pick up rest of her stuff see our son. Spend the night in Ocala. Our son has no room he has a roommate, plus we like our privacy
Dang you are going all over the place. I am pretty sure I can talk my boss into giving me half a day off on the Friday I want to leave. Current plans are to drive down to Jacksonville or so and spend the night. Get to Orlando Saturday and thinking of doing Universal City Walk. Sunday do one day of Universal Studios , Monday start the cruise and then Friday after the cruise go back to Orlando. Saturday going to Volcano Bay and then come home on Sunday. Universal and Volcano bay depend on the weather forecast so we can flip flop parks or not do either depending on the weather. I already have the motel room reserved for after the cruise, everything else is fluid right now and we can adjust as needed.
We are going over to Indian Springs state park Friday and stay till Monday. Saturday we will go out to land and maybe burn brush. Sunday we will do sunrise out there. I got the generator running. There was trash not ethanol crud in the carb. Before we drycamp with it want to test it here with the camper first. We pick up the camper Friday from the dealer and take it back Monday. It will be over there a while for them to run anew wire from thermostat to furnace. They have to take a bunch of it apart.

Talked to the previous owner of the generator, told him what I found . He said the guy he loaned it to took it to the sand pit.
Took Debra for a physical Wednesday waiting on lab work so far everything good. She had a nuero appointment yesterday. The last time the saw her was over aa year ago. He was shocked to see how much weight she had lost and how active she was. She has a sleep deprived EEG next month if result are good she will come off her seizure medicine(Praying)
Wen we got back trimmed up the doors on the new shop for the floor between the 2 got the joist hangers in place have 3 of the 9 joist in place. Daylight will finish hanging the others. They are still on the truck. Figured up the size of the shop when finished it will be 12 X 54 with a 12 x4 extension on one side. The doors on the new building are only 6' wide The opening on the old building is 10'
TGIF!!
It has been non stop all week at work. Finally getting down to a non crazy level. Just have to figure out redelivery back to the customers. Supposed to work tomorrow too.
The new CV axle for the caddy is scheduled to be delivered today so I will install that while at work. I might change the oil in the front and rear differentials too. If I have time I might change the oil in the transfer case too. That would only leave rear main seal, new front shocks and new brakes.
And today is good Friday. looks like good weather till Sunday. Be glad when we get the camper finally home so we can finish setting it up with non perishable stuff. This trip have to pack for camping and anything we will need at the land. Debra did lear a good lesson on our first trip out. Not to go crazy packing food or clothes.
It was insane at work this week, we were so busy.
The new CV axle came in yesterday so I will put that in today and change the oil in the differentials and transfer case. Not real motivated this morning but it will get me another step towards getting it finished up.
I got the new CV axle installed today and I also changed the oil in both differentials and the transfer case. They were all way past due to be changed because they all were brown and had a light metallic tint. Good news is that none of them were contaminated. The old CV axle has a hose clamp and a zip tie holding the boot on. I bought a door lock and deadbolt set for the front and back door and they have matching keys. I got them installed so we finally have locks that we can use.
Happy Easter!!
I slept till 8:30 this morning which is very rare for me. Between a crazy past 2 weeks at work and working on the caddy yesterday I was totally worn out last night. Feeling much better about the condition of the drivetrain on the truck and not having any issues when we go on vacation. Things left on the list are, new rear main seal, new front shocks and then resurfacing the rotors, new brake pads all the way around and changing out the brake fluid.
