2005 6.0 injector

2005 6.0 injector
So i just got a lot of work done to my truck. New heads,studded, egr delete, and 2 used injectors. After I got it back from the shop I drove it for a couple day . Then while I was out driving it with the family it started acting funny. We were going up a hill when I pushed the pedal all the way to the floor and it had no power. But when we got to the top of the hill it started to slowly accelerate. Then everytime I stopped it would take forever to accelerate and get up to speed. When I got home I shut it off ran in the house for a second then came out to back truck into garage and it started fine and drove just fine. Took it back to the shop today to test it and he said number 2 injector is bad and that's what is giving me all my issues. On the way home though when I came to a stop the truck would die and take a second to fire back up. Does anyone know if that's really the issue?
