I own a 2011 Ford F350 6.7 liter diesel. I'm not very good at working on vehicles, but have been trying to do more through the use of YouTube and message boards. I'm looking for a bracket/clip that secures the intercooler hose to the turbo. Pictures are below. I mainly removed this hose to get better access to the cooler line that is below it. I replaced the cooler line because it was leaking at its connection into the turbo. After cleaning up the hose, I found that the black bracket has a broken tab on it (probably from me removing it). The bracket has three tabs that secure it to the hose. You can kind of see how the bracket doesn't attach to the hose in the second picture on the top of the hose. I can't find any information about this bracket, or if I can buy it by itself. I'm trying to avoid buying the whole hose. The black bracket covers a metal spring clip. If it isn't available to buy the part by itself, is it critical for this bracket to be fully attached to the hose? I don't want to blow it off while pulling a trailer. Probably a dealer only item if available separate of the Hot tube going to the inter cooler. Probably have to buy the complete Hot Tube from Ford. You can buy an aftermarket hot tube that might have this item.
