At this point anything is possible. The fact that having it stock tuned/no chip in it with no problems leads me to believe very strongly that there is a tuning problem with the 1023. I shouldn't call it s much as a problem since the truck runs just fine. At this point I would advise you to sit back and wait to hear from Dusty and see what he has to say.
The tunes were written right side up instead of upside down
Now now Fellas,
Just because us Aussies are on the other side of the world in the lower hemisphere (hence the term Downunder), doesn't mean we're standing upside down with the blood running to our heads .
Besides we are ahead of you, it's still yesterday over there. You can try but ya'll never catch up .
Yes. The tuning is different for trucks with GPCM.
I wonder if the GP relay is working with those (apparently) GPCM toons? Otherwise, those codes cannot ‘hurt’ anything.
I suppose it could be because the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the truck?????
Steering Wheel on wrong Side of Truck
Looks to be 'Right' to me . So if 'Right' is 'Right' so then could 'Left' be simply another word for 'Wrong' Just asking
No worries @Diesel Submariner . If these Yanks could only see your Brazil built bone stock rear suspension spec'd specifically for Aussilands only, they'd pipe right down about being upside down, and start asking you for part numbers.
We don't have what you have in the back. Not even close.

G'day Y2KW57,
I'm not sure what the difference is my self . Do you fellas have as standard from factory 4 x Rear Shocks?
Mine is lifted about 2.5 to 3" with a set of ARB Old Man Emu (OME) rear Springs and Shocks. The front has Blue Max 3 Leaf Parabolic springs.
The Brazil made F-Trucks were made to the Ford Australia required specs.
All foreign made vehicles imported to Australia have Australian Engineered and tuned suspension designs built in.
I've put a few pics to see if you can point out the difference.
Exactly. No North American will find this factory built setup under their Super Duty. But all the Aussie spec Super Duties have bi angular quad shocks in the rear, as well as additional frame reinforcement brackets, inside and outside of the frame web, to distribute the "shock" loading.
Note that this is not the case with the newer Harrison converted and imported Super Duites. This distinction will only be meaningful to those down under, who will know what I am talking about.
For the Yanks among us, briefly, Harrison is a three store Ford truck dealer in Australia, who began converting and importing USA built (and some Mexican built that were NAFTA'd stateside) trucks to Australia, once the plant in Brazil stopped producing them in 2006. Harrison has gone so far as to purchased an abandoned supplier building in Michigan, near the Detroit auto industry hub, where their convincing conversions, complete with remolded parts, takes place.
But these later model Harrison modded Super Duties do not have the factory built Brazilian rear ends that Diesel Submariner (and that almost every other Australian on FTE with this vintage {up to 2006} truck has).
We've the Glow Plugs OHM'd out and found 6 of 8 way out of spec and the Glow Plug Relay had a scorched contact.
So replaced all 8 GPs and fitted a new GP Relay. Tested the wiring circuit all the way back to the PCM and it's all good .
Sadly same scenario; that is in stock with no Chip in all operates perfect, same with the Bully Dog chip fitted (all operates perfect).
Put the Edge Revolver with 1023 Tunes in and immediately same TCs come up a SES light comes on .
So the Chip is on it's way to 1023 via Clay for investigation.
Both Clay and Dusty have been riding this with us and have been very accommodating. This is just as puzzling to them as it is to us.
I'm confident Dusty will sort it for us .
