That 5.0 and automatic will nestle in there just fine and won't hurt a thing, as long as the trans crossmember gets reinforced and built for the mount.. It's impressive looking on the hoist, though. Hi i got everything from Summit headers SUM-G9063 and starter PWM 9162 .the headers fit perfect and you will need the starter also because other one is to long anything else love to help

I suggest boxing at least the area of the mounts 18 " or so.
Its a great insurance because henry made these frames to flex but not for the torque of a sbf. Slow and steady wins the race but think it all out before moving ahead.
