Rear Window Gasket

I need to replace the rear window gasket in my 2000 Ex. The original (now 20 year old) gasket is hard and doesn't flex at all.

Rockauto has a Fairchild gasket on their site for $20. Was looking for opinions on it, or anything else that's out there.

Just to be clear which rear window are you talking about exactly? Rear door? Rear quarter? Rear hatch?

Rear hatch. It would never occur to me to call side windows "rear".

You probably already know that the gasket is the full body gasket that seals the lift-gate, and barn doors where they meet the body.
Somehow $20.00 doesn't sound correct.
FYI: that rear body gasket is glued to the body with some very sticky stuff, it will allow you to pull the old gasket away, I advise leaving what's left behind on the body and allow it to make contact with the new gasket.

Here is the Ford part number.

My write up is for the glass itself and the butyl rubber tape that seals the glass to the hatch around the 16 nuts and studs.

Which one you need, Bass?

The gasket on the bottom of the lift gate. It's hardened to where it has the texture of schedule 40 PVC and scraping the paint off the tops of the barn doors.
