Searched for the plastic headlight retainer square nuts that press into the headlight bucket assembly but have come up empty. The holes that they press into are 0.230 (15/64) square. Larger ones are available but if the screw diameter is much larger then they won't fit through the small eyelet in the headlight retainer. Is anyone aware of an alternative or where the original ones are available?
Is the poster asking about the head light adjuster or the head light door (chrome part)?
His picture looks like it is for the door and not the adjuster.
If door I would think you could find something at the mom & pop hardware store that would work.

yes i I think you are correct....bezel not adjuster.
I have new adjuster screws and nuts, as well as new springs.
I am looking for the plastic press in nut that I saw listed as a headlight retaining nut but is actually used to hold the tabs on the grille shell to the headlight bracket assembly. I have the plastic inserts from Bronco Graveyard (#28256) but they are 1/4" and won't fit in. I'll just open up the square holes and be good to go.
