Hello everyone:
I am looking for side mount spare tire bracket (for flareside beds), just cannot find that at the reproductions parts companies, nor in eBay.
Thought someone have one one sale or have a picture of what does it look like. Wish to gather info leading to find one to install on my truck. Thanks.

1957/79 F100, 1975/79 F150 is the same (B7C-1433-A part number updated in 1976 > D6TZ-1433-A), but AFAIK, no one reproduces it...no Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
Thanks NumberDummy for the info, I guess I will consider that in my junkyard search plan when I visit the US this year.
Do you already have the notched fender? The bracket doesn't show much, did you consider making the bracket? Looks like a simple build for any decent welder.
It sure is, thanks Christmas. The right hand figure shown for F100 4X2 6 1/2 bed, but the left hand figure description is unreadable, pleas explain or post another clear photo.
Eric J, yes it is an easy build to me, simple not complicated, and like you said a decent welder can do that. I appreciate your help.
For info purposes: Jeep side mount on ebay: Seems it would not require much to refab a replacement or locate a side mount off another make of truck similar to the Ford side mount and refab to fit?
Thanks daveengelson,
We could fabricate one, saving lots of money for part and shipping ( shipping overseas may cost more than the bracket price). All the materials are available plus a friend or local shop can fabricate it.
This is on a 56 F100 box and likely the same thing you're looking for..
Thank you John, I was about to search for my driver side indented fender as an example and that could have been time consuming.
So ftrk66 do you have the indented fender they can be as difficult to locate as the tire rack; if not, are you set on the side carrier, when I replaced the rear fenders on my 65 I I went with the a later model Ford under the bed spare tire carrier and no problem with routing either the mufflers or exhaust.

56panelford: Thanks a lot, that is exactly the shape fender we have, it is indented like you called ( fender made cut to accommodate the tire curve).
Daveengelson: That is true, my fender is the same as in the photo, except the area where the bracket mount is painted and I cannot see mount bolt holes, I will try to locate it, hopefully it is there. Thanks again for all your help.
If your truck never had the side mount or bed side was ever changed the holes will likely not be there or holes welded closed. Not seen in that picture is another piece that fits on the inside of the box as a stiffener contoured to the angle of the box.
