Delayed Shift from Park

Looking for advice from others experiencing a delayed shift from park. 2019 6.7 SRW 3.55. Noticeable delay trying to shift from park to drive, reverse or manual. If I don't notice it and try to accelerate it slams hard into gear. Seems to be vary sporadic, both hot and cold. Usually only a few seconds but recently lasted about a minute before shutting truck off, restarting, and continuing on with no issues. Been to dealer twice, 1st time they did a program update. 2nd time they couldn't find anything. Dropping it off Monday for them to drive it around for a few days.

Mine takes a couple of seconds at most, but it is more prevalent going into reverse.

Dealer reset transmission computer memory. Been fine for a month.
