Torque specs on a 292

I have seen several different torques specs on the main caps on a 292. which one should I use, I was going to put my main caps on and the connecting rods on but I am not sure which one to go by? What do you all suggest? The motor came out of a 1962 F-100.

"Another problem was the incorrect torque specification of 120 ft. lb., which was printed in all 1956 factory and many after market manuals. This figure is excessive and undoubtedly caused many of the cracked main webs in 312 blocks. Always use the later 95 ft lb. specification. It is also critical to check the amount of thread that will be engaged in the block. Do not use main cap bolts in any Y-Block that don’t reveal at least 7/8" of thread when placed in the main cap. This may require running a bottoming tap into the main bolt holes. Later 292’s have significantly longer main cap bolts, an indication that Ford realized this need. Care must be used not use bolts or studs that engage more than 1 1/8" of thread as the oil passage to the main bearing will be blocked."
