No, OP said the truck did not have the original tuner hardware.
Tuning companies write calibrations for EZ LYNK which get uploaded to customer accounts that are connected to the Auto Agent app (linked technicians in Auto Agent). Finding the needed calibrations for EZ LYNK that will resolve the current state of his truck is the best option but that's going to be difficult. It's going to take some time to figure out who will sell OP the necessary calibrations to get the truck back to operational.
In the first line in his post Op said he dropped $1,200 on a tuner. I know the truck was deleted and didn't have a tuner when he got the truck. That was and i guess a common problem. I thought a tuner was locked to a truck once you used it. That way you couldn't pass the tuner to your buddy. Not sure why they don't put them in the truck when they sell it?
