2005 hot start issue

I am having a hot start issue. FICM voltage is fine, in fact I just replaced the FICM. ICP is reading 84% when trying to start. If I wait sometimes as long as 30 minutes the truck will restart. I don't just want to throw parts at it so I need to know where to begin.

You will need to do an air test (check for leaks) of the high pressure oil system. Introducing air at the IPR valve port is better than at the ICP sensor port.
