The heater hose that hooks to the engine block closest to the distributor. How do I remove or repair it? Does it thread in or press in? The hose will not stay on it anymore. Too short. Rusted away. When I can, I will gat a picture but it is behind the other heater hose, vacuum line for the distributor, wire harness ang steel gas line.
The one on block is pressed in. Collapse it right next to block with vise grips or a punch and it should loosen up and twist out. Believe they are available from NAPA or do an online search for 351M heater hose nipple. Some people elect to remove old one and tap the hole 3/8 NPT and put brass nipple in.

When I ask CQ the first time, they couldn't find it in the computer or the books. Yes, they still have books. When I went back with the picture and link with a ford reference, he was able to order with no problems. Then they searched in the computer under different classes to see if it could be found. Still no way to find that item.
