Starting problems
I have a 93 F350 with a 7.3 non turbo I've put new fuel pump , filter, injectors, injectors return line & seals, glow plugs and if it sits for a couple of minutes it will only start with a shot of starting fluid, anyone have any ideas?

well first check for air intrusion its very common for this to cause a no start problem. next up may be a compression problem and a need for a compression test. do not use starting fluid on a diesel unless you want to replace said diesel. if you must use wd 40.

Try pouring cool (not cold) water over the rear of the injector pump where the lines come out. If it starts then your ip main rotor is shot.
If it does it cold too then your either getting air in somewhere (possibly injector pump seals) or your glow plugs aren't cycling long enough.
