Intake Manifold 2V vs. 4V
Is there anyway to tell if this manifold is 2V or 4V? I'm not sure I know what the "V" stands for. My understanding is the difference in a 2 v and a 4 v motor is the size of the intake ports in the heads and the intake and that the 2V motor has a 2 barrel carb. and the 4V has a 4 barrel carb. I think this originally came with a 2bbl carb so I would assume 2V. Any insights appreciated. Oh, it's from a 1972 F250 390.

V=venturi. 2V = 2 barrel carb, 4V =4 barrel carb
FE engines did not have different head ports based on 2v/4v but high performance versions did have some better heads on some years.
351C was the main engine to have different heads based in 2v/4v.
