Bed support repair question

I need 1 bed support or crossmember for the bed of my truck. its the one above the gas tank (rear) . LMC sells them individually
for step side models. Would anyone know if any of these will interchange ? i tried to ask them but they dont know ?

No, they don't interchange.
On the styleside bed Ford only sold the rear sill (tailgate end) and the front crossmember (cab end) separately. All the other bed floor crossmembers only came with the bed floor.
I'm not saying you couldn't modify it to work but it's not a bolt on.

I'm curious as to whether you could bend one up with a metal brake or maybe use some square tubing?

The way the question was framed I assumed it was for a styleside.

ok - its the one above the gas tank. its 59" long and has the legs on it (one on each side).

its a 79 short bed style side
