Is the long bed wrong bed the same through all years it was used? Say from a 58 to a 66 F250. If not, please note the changes.

 

Well I should have looked a little harder before I posted. I have found my answers.

 

They made a 9' version but as far as I know all the 8' would be all the same, and I will add it kills me that there are no round rear light fixtures available anywhere, lenses, no fixtures unless someone has a line on any?!?!

Thanks Bill, I already bought lenses and have been searching for sockets for months, I have one more junkyard within 4 hours of here that may have something. I very well may to have to fabricate the sockets, I've been thinking about it and it'll be an interesting project, I do believe coffee cans might be part of it, if it works I'll post a how to.

 

If you want to go cheap-o, a 2x6 fits perfectly in the slots near the tailgate.
