Bed Swap
I have a question if anyone has an answer.
I own a 1979 F-100, short bed styleside, 2wd auto, no air, rear gas tank.
The bed was replaced with a wood bed before I got it. Finding a replacement bed in decent shape in Indiana is difficult at best. Will a bed from a 80 or newer truck also short wheel base, possibly flare side, work on my frame,even if I need to move the gas tank?
